Puder obrve se rade na površini kože - sloju epidermisa. Iglicom se apliciraju hiljade sitnih tačkica pigmenta. Ovo je klasično senčenje obrva gde je početak “blurovan”, zamagljen, a kraj obrve precizan i oštar. Dobićete efekat kao da ste ih iscrtali olovkom i senkom za obrve.
